Urban Landscape Drawing & Painting Day
We’re hitting the streets for an uninstructed afternoon of fun urban landscape drawing and painting.
Come join us for some outdoor painting or drawing in the winding back alleys of Bogwangdong (near Itaewon). There are tons of things to see and draw.
Find an interesting corner to set up your easel on and enjoy working on the architecture of the old neighborhoods and shopfronts.
No experience required to join. Mike Stewart will be out painting too and will help those who wish to learn. Otherwise, come grab an easel and enjoy a day in the sun!
For a very low price (10,000won) you can come to Jankura Artspace and rent an easel, a drawing board, stool and a water bucket and paint.
From there, we head outside for a few hours.
Find a nice view out on the streets and enjoy!
Paper, drawing tools and watercolor supplies will also be available.
